You’ll need a mannequin head (preferably 100% natural hair) for hands-on practice, along with basic hairstyling tools such as sectioning clips, hair elastics, bobby pins, a tail comb, a brush, and hairspray or setting spray. You’ll also need a hairdryer and either a curling wand or straighteners, depending on the style being practiced.
